It is with great pleasure that we announce the completion of the first cycle of historical lectures that IMMA has launched, from March to May 2024, at the Museum’s premises. The initiative for the expansion of the Foundation’s educational work belongs to the IMMA’s Centre for Research in Macedonian History and Documentation, which undertook the scientific planning as well as the conduct of the meetings.

The lecturers of the lectures, renowned academics and specialists, developed in their speeches a wide range of topics from modern and contemporary history and other cognitive disciplines.

The aim of the lectures is the dissemination of scientific knowledge to the wider public, the training and education of participants and the promotion of interdisciplinary dialogue in the form of a “round table” in the broad field of the humanities.

We thank the participants for the concerns and thoughts they shared with us and we renew our appointment for the new academic year, with new interesting topics and collaborations.
